Costa Serena - Villa

Costa Serena consists of seven detached villas on a single gated plot. Four of them are laid out over two floors, two are single-storey and therefore stay on one level, and one villa sits on the corner of the site with the largest plot. All villas have three bedrooms, so the difference between the properties lies mainly in the layout and the plot size rather than in the number of rooms.

Beneath the project is a parking level. Each home has its own parking space and its own storage room there, which keeps the ground level free for the gardens and the landscaped walkways between the villas. The communal swimming pool and the planting belong to the same construction phase as the underground level.

The villas are delivered with a fitted kitchen and built-in wardrobes. Aerothermal technology is provided for heating and hot water, supplemented by solar panels on the roof. Of the seven villas, four are still available at this time.

Los Alcázares lies on the western shore of the Mar Menor. Promenades run along the lagoon, there are golf courses in the surrounding area and a lot of new construction is taking place in the town.
