Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches and golf courses. The development is still under construction and will be a gated residential complex, where according to the developer some of the homes will have sea views.
The project is set up as a residential development with the homes divided across two separate blocks. The available range includes apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms. The developer describes the design as urban and functional.
The outdoor space differs per home. According to the developer, some of the homes will have spacious terraces. The ground-floor homes will have large gardens belonging to the home itself. Because the project is still under construction, those outdoor spaces and the rest of the grounds have yet to be laid out.
