Camarate Hills Fase III is a new build development in Casares on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments in various sizes. It is a further phase within Camarate Hills, following earlier phases that were well received according to the developer. The development is still under construction and will have an Energy Rating of A, with air-source heat pump systems and pre-installation for electric vehicle charging.
The available homes in this phase are apartments with one to three bedrooms. Sizes range from 66.73 m² to 128 m². According to the developer, the homes have been designed to let in as much daylight as possible and to be energy efficient. The living areas have an open-plan living room with kitchen, and the kitchen comes with appliances.
The layout differs per floor. Ground-floor homes have their own garden and generous outdoor space, while the homes on the upper floors have terraces with open views. The developer states that each home comes with a parking space in the garage and a storage room.
This phase is being built within a gated residential development with landscaped gardens. The development will have energy label A. Air-source heat pump systems will be used, and a provision for charging electric cars will be installed.
According to the developer, Casares is less than fifteen minutes from Estepona, thirty minutes from Marbella and less than an hour from Málaga international airport.
