The development consists of 40 homes, spread across five buildings. At the moment three townhouses are for sale, each with four bedrooms and a living area of 162.7 to 163.2 m².
The developer refers to a contemporary design aimed at an efficient use of space, with bright rooms. Materials have been used that insulate the home thermally and acoustically. The homes have air conditioning with a heat pump and a ventilation system.
According to the developer, the handover includes a kitchen with a Silestone or similar worktop and appliances included, modular units with finished interiors, the electrical, telephone and TV installation, a security door and a garage. There are also fitted wardrobes, a storage room and a video intercom.
Sustainability played a role in the choice of materials, the insulation and the large windows that let in daylight. LED lighting has been used in various parts of the complex. Low-consumption sanitary fittings have also been chosen, along with recent technology for climate control and air quality. The homes have energy rating AA.
