Benissa II

The villa has four floors, all connected by a lift. At street level there is parking space for two cars. A staircase leads to the top floor, where the hall is located with the stairs and the lift down to the lower levels. There is also the option to install a lift between the parking area and the hall.

One floor down are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a large terrace. The floor below has another two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and access to a shared balcony. This level also holds a covered terrace, a small garden, a laundry room and a utility room. The bottom floor consists of a large living room with an open kitchen with a cooking island, plus a guest toilet. In total there are four bedrooms and 357 m² of living space.

The coast of Benissa with its smaller coves is about 2 kilometres away. The sandy beaches of Calpe and the historic centre of Benissa are around ten minutes away.
