Arosa is a new build development of apartments in Cala de Mijas, part of the municipality of Mijas on the Costa del Sol. Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches and golf courses. The project comprises 54 homes spread across six buildings. Six of these homes are currently still available. The buildings stand in landscaped communal gardens, with swimming pools and seating areas in the outdoor space between the blocks.
The homes have two or three bedrooms and an open layout, in which the living room and the kitchen form a single space. The façades are extensively glazed, allowing plenty of daylight to enter. All homes face the sea and have sea views.
The surface areas range from 121.33 m² to 152.93 m², which accounts for the difference between the more compact two-bedroom homes and the largest three-bedroom layouts. Some of the homes come with a private garden or a solarium. Each home has its own storage room.
