The design spreads the house over three habitable floors, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, and a living area of 285 m². A lift connects the levels. The villa includes a 60 m² infinity pool and a garage with space for three cars. Heating is provided by underfloor heating combined with aerothermal energy, and air conditioning is included.

As the house has yet to be built, parts of the design can be adapted to the buyer's wishes. The urbanisation lies a short distance from the AP-7 motorway, with connections towards Benidorm and Alicante. Golf courses and Marina Greenwich are located in the immediate surroundings.
