San Pedro del Pinatar is a seaside town on the border with the Costa Blanca, next to the natural park with the salt flats, known for its mud baths and alive all year round. Alma Bungalows is small in scale and consists of two-bedroom homes, divided into two variants. Both variants come with a private pool, so no shared pool, and a private or assigned parking space. The beach is a five-minute walk away, with shops, cafés and restaurants nearby.
Inside, the layout is open: the living and dining room form a single space, with an adjoining kitchen. That kitchen is fully fitted and has an induction hob and built-in appliances, including an oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own bathroom, and the second bedroom has access to a second full bathroom. With a living area of 69.36 to 70.99 m², these are compact homes in which the outdoor space largely determines how they are used.
The finish consists of flat, modern materials in the bathrooms and LED lighting inside and out. The homes are heated and cooled with aerothermal energy and have built-in wardrobes and a video intercom. At the moment five homes are available.
