The villa is part of a residential project of 35 plots with detached single-family homes on an elevated site in Alcalalí. There are three home models, all with a private pool and a south-facing orientation. Model A has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Model B has the same layout as model A, but with larger bedrooms and bigger terraces. Model C sits on a plot twice the size of those of models A and B.
