Alcalali IV

The villa is located in a higher-lying part of Alcalalí and forms part of a development of detached single-family homes, each on its own plot. Three models have been designed, all with a private pool and all facing south. The first model has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second model follows the same layout, but with larger bedrooms and larger terraces. The third model has its own architectural design and stands on a plot twice the size of those of the other two models.

The home is spread over two floors, with a total of 198 m². On the ground floor there is a living and dining room with an open kitchen, fitted with Bosch built-in appliances, granite worktops and a cooking island with an induction hob. On the same floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom, with sanitary furniture by Porcelanosa, and a guest toilet. The upper floor has two bedrooms, each with its own terrace, and a shared bathroom. The villa also includes several terraces, pergolas and a paved parking space.

The homes are built using a system of 3D micro-concrete panels. The insulation thickness ranges from 14 to 20 cm, without thermal bridges, and the joints are executed airtight. The energy supply runs via aerothermal energy. The design has been set up to meet the requirements of the Passivhaus standard; whether the certificate will be issued depends on the final measurement.
