Abelias

The project consists of 112 homes, spread across thirteen buildings on the grounds of the urbanisation. At this moment 28 homes are available. The homes have two or three bedrooms and range in size from 88.3 m² to 162.6 m². The layout is gated: the facilities are intended for the residents of the complex.

The penthouses are built as duplexes, spread over two floors. The lower floor has an open-plan living and dining room with kitchen that connects directly to the terrace, along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Some of these homes also have a separate service terrace. The upper floor holds the master bedroom with its own terrace.

The apartments are single-storey and oriented towards the outdoor space, with the living room, the dining area and the kitchen on the terrace side. The two-bedroom versions have two bathrooms, with the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom with a double washbasin, a separate toilet and a shower. The kitchens are delivered fitted and the homes have built-in wardrobes.

The communal areas are divided between the outdoor grounds and a clubhouse. Outside there is an infinity pool, a second, quieter swimming pool, a solarium and sports courts. The clubhouse contains a heated indoor pool, a gym, a coworking space and communal areas.

Benalmádena is made up of three centres: the white Pueblo on the hill, Arroyo de la Miel in the middle and the coastal strip with the beaches and the Puerto Marina marina. Málaga airport is about twenty minutes away. From Arroyo de la Miel the Cercanías train runs along the coast to Málaga and into the airport terminal.
