Villa in Mijas

This beautifully built Andalusian-style villa is set on a large private plot in the sought-after residential area of El Coto, Mijas, offering mature gardens, a private heated swimming pool and sea views from the terraces.

The property has been constructed with great attention to detail and retains plenty of traditional Andalusian character, with wood-beamed ceilings, beautiful wooden windows and doors, and fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms. Modern comforts include air conditioning and solar panels.

The main house is arranged over two levels, with one bedroom on the ground floor and a further bedroom upstairs, together with the possibility of creating an additional bedroom. A separate guesthouse provides additional independent accommodation, ideal for visiting family and friends.

The generous plot is arranged over two levels, with the lower garden level dedicated to outdoor living and entertaining. Here you will find the private swimming pool, jacuzzi and a large covered bar and outdoor kitchen area, creating the perfect setting for summer parties, family gatherings and relaxed days by the pool.

The swimming pool is heated using a Norsup pool heating system powered by the property's solar panels. Another particularly valuable feature is the villa's own well water, which can be used to maintain the gardens and swimming pool without the additional cost of mains water consumption.

The mature, beautifully maintained gardens provide excellent privacy, while the terraces enjoy attractive views towards the Mediterranean. There is also ample private parking for several vehicles.
