This is a beautiful piece of land (1,704 m2) in upper Sotogrande. It is an elevated plot with a very good view of the green zone and the golf course of Valderrama with no view of other houses in front; the attractive of the plot is that no one can build in front of it or at it sides. The owner has worked with several architects to get a perfect plan for a very special house.
