The Villa Lavanda model is a marvelous independent villa, all on one floor of 112.21 m² built. High ceiling with 3 high windows (look at the photos) in the living room (our clients say it's got "a Flow" whatever that means!). Plots for this model vary in size from 553.64 to 555.06 m², and so do the prices.
