We present to you a beautiful traditional-style villa in Cap Martí, very close to Arenal beach. The villa consists of two floors; on the main floor, we find a spacious open naya shaped like an "L," featuring lovely Tosca stone arches, ideal for summer dinners and meals. From the naya, we enter the living-dining room, which is large yet very cozy, thanks to its wood fireplace, making the space perfect for winter. The kitchen is fully equipped and independent, with a pantry and a utility room or office, leading out to the garden and pool. Three double bedrooms, perfect for a pleasant rest, and two spacious bathrooms with showers complete this floor. On the lower floor, we have another three double bedrooms, with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a second living room.
