A house in a small, private community of nine properties, set along classic terracotta lanes.

You enter into a hallway. To the right there's a guest toilet, and beyond it the master suite: a generous room with an ensuite bathroom and a deep, semi walk-in closet. The views from here are elevated over the lake and out to the sea, and the position is private, with no direct sightlines in.

To the left of the hallway, a kitchen opens into a large living room with high ceilings and big windows. The same elevated views carry through, over the lake, the sea, and Nueva Andalucía.
