Application & Selection
After we have received your application form, we will send it on to the bank that, to our knowledge and experience, has the best solution for you.
Documents & approved mortgage quote
The bank may send you a mortgage pre- quote or ´quote in principle´ based on the numbers that you supply them with. If you wish to proceed with the application, you will have to supply the bank with a number of documents, a bank account will be opened in your name and the valuation of the property will have to take place. You will then receive an approved mortgage quote from the bank.
Completion at the notary
After the approval by the bank, a notary date will be made for the completion of the mortgage. A representative of the bank will be present and you or someone representing you.
