Firstly, we will ensure that all contracts for gas, water and electricity are changed into your name and bank account. Additionally we can arrange insurance, telephone and internet connections. We can also introduce you to a “gestor” (financial administrator) who will advise you and take care of your property taxes and other local tax issues.

Costa Select is able to offer help and guidance with all aspects of renovating your property. Upon request, you can contract us to project manage the work, monitoring the work in progress and providing you with regular status reports. We would be pleased to show you examples of our recommended contractors work on both on-going and recently finished client projects.

In the event you do not have the time or the desire to decorate or furnish your property yourself, Costa Select would be happy to do it for you. We can arrange for your home to be decorated by an experienced interior designer – all you need to do is choose the style. To give you an idea of prices, a 2 bedroom villa can be furnished from as little as € 14.500! (including kitchen utilities and bed linen)

Very important, but can also be time consuming and difficult to stay on top of - particularly when you are not around all the time. We would recommend having someone to take care of your property and we can help you find reliable providers of pool maintenance, cleaning and laundry services, garden maintenance and property management.
